A proven operator, privately owned
Andonis started with one venue in Yeerongpilly in 2018. Today we're 16 privately owned locations across Brisbane and Greater South East Queensland — every one owner-operated, obsessed with the detail, trading seven days from 6am. We turn tenancies into destinations: specialty coffee, a brunch menu people cross suburbs for, and full-day trade that anchors a precinct. For landlords, that means a tenant with a track record, long-term intent and the numbers to back it.
What we're looking for
- 100 – 130m² internal tenancy space
- 60 – 100m² licensed weather-proof alfresco dining space
- High street exposure, corner anchor tenancy (not compulsory)
- Strong car and foot traffic
- Residential and commercial surrounds
- Pylon or signage allocation
- On-site parking a bonus, not a dealbreaker
Drive-thru pads wanted
Our drive-thru format is built for standalone pads — specialty coffee and brunch at speed, trading from first light. Got a pad site or a development with drive-thru potential anywhere in SEQ? We want it on our radar early, and we'll work with you from concept stage.
